Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 12, 2026

1. Who we are

Lead2Deal ("we," "us," "our") provides training and productivity tools for automotive dealership teams (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Contact us at chrisreth777@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information.Your email address, password (stored as a secure hash — we never see it in plain text), and your dealership's name.
  • Usage information.Which tools your team uses and how often (e.g. daily lookup counts), and training activity such as Appointment Arena session results (win/loss outcomes, scores, and streaks) used to power your dealership's leaderboard.
  • Content you submit. Information you enter into the tools — for example VINs, dealer inventory URLs, and practice messages you type in Appointment Arena — which is processed to provide the Service.
  • Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number — we keep only subscription status, plan tier, and billing history references.

3. How we use information

We use your information to operate and improve the Service: authenticating your team, running the tools you request, enforcing plan limits, maintaining your dealership's leaderboard, processing subscriptions, providing support, and keeping the Service secure. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run the Service, each receiving only what they need:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of account and usage data.
  • Anthropic — AI processing of the content you submit to AI-powered tools (e.g. inventory matching, training role-play).
  • Firecrawl — retrieval of the public dealer inventory pages you point VIN Finder at.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.

5. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers above, or where required by law. Your dealership's data is not visible to other dealerships.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. If you cancel, we retain account and usage records for a reasonable period for billing and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls that scope each user to their own dealership's data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we'll notify account owners by email.
